Blue Horizon Foundation Summer Gala Event

 The Blue Horizon Foundation launch party has been one of our largest event so far and also the one that made us the most proud of.

During a very short period of time we were able to pull the entire decoration together, from linen, to carpet, to sitting arrangements, personalized napkins, to flowers, and more.

the colors had to be blue and white to match their logo, but since this was a Summer Gala and our clients are indeed Brazilians (like us), we had to add a touch of color to spice things up. :)

For the tables you will notice that some have a runner and some do not. The tables with runners were for the "special guests" and/or sponsor. We wanted to make them feel more special somehow.

The Sweet Garden Creations put together this GORGEOUS dessert table. This was certainly one of the highlights of the decor. Thank you Gislaine.

Finally, after all was set and done, Juliana and I were able to sit down and enjoy the night away.

Cleide and Carlos' Wedding

Homemade Parties had the honor of being the wedding planner for Cleide and Carlos special day this past June.

We met with the couple back in January and the bride to be told us: “Please help, they only thing I know is that I will wear Ivory and my bridesmaid will wear Apple red”. From that bit of information we got started.

Her invitation was a 3 layer card with a personalized bellyband in shades of Gold and Ivory.

Bridesmaid flowers were red and white while the Bride was a pure red bouquet.

Centerpieces and flowers matched the theme of the wedding and to add a modern touch we decided to have two colors of napkins red and ivory as you can see in the picture below.

For favors since the grown is Portuguese we got them this gorgeous expresso set which came personalized with ivory paper, red ribbon and a label that followed the table cards.

The table cards had the special homemade touch from Homemade Parties as we hand added red roses on each card to follow the them of the event.

For the food, they hired a super talent catering company (New Adventure Catering), which did a gorgeous job with the food and sculptured fruits. We loved them and will for sure be calling them soon for our next events.

We worked with the couple all the way until their reception. They were thrilled with our services just as much we were with having the pleasure of working with such special people.
